1. Definitions

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100), OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Payment & Pricing

All service estimates, quotes, and pricing provided on the Site are for informational purposes and may change without notice. Final pricing will be detailed in your written service agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of work. We reserve the right to require deposits or retainers prior to beginning any work.

9. Service Availability & Scheduling

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor all scheduled appointments. However, we may need to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, material availability, or other unforeseen events. We will notify you as soon as practicable if rescheduling is necessary.

You agree to provide safe access to your property and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Imperial Roofing & Gutters Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease and all provisions that by their nature should survive will survive (e.g., indemnification, limitation of liability).

12. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent and economic effect of the invalid provision. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
